Join us for our opening celebration of the Festival of Trees on December 5! The event is part of the village-wide Granville holiday celebration. Enjoy a display of 30 trees, holiday goodies, and activities at the museum:
Visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus from 4:30-5:45pm.
Take part in a free slate craft activity for children.
Bring a nonperishable food item and leave it by our Giving Tree! All donations will go to local food pantries.
Enjoy a miniature holiday village and train display, including the Polar Express.
Bid on one of several trees in our Festival of Trees silent auction! The auction runs through December 13.
And don't forget to see the spectacular holiday light display in Veteran's Park!
Can't make it to the opening event on December 5? No problem! The museum will be open daily December 6-13 from 10am-5pm, with FREE admission for all. We'd love to welcome you or your group to visit and enjoy the holiday season here at the Slate Valley Museum!
Several of the trees in this year's Festival of Trees are featured in our silent auction. Proceeds directly benefit the museum. Place your bids by December 13 at 4pm!
